How much do photos sell for

Who has sold a photo before, and what types of shots tend to sell to which kinds of buyers for what kind of money. Media, prints, galleries, rare paparazzi, stock libraries, etc.

Im not planing on selling photos, Im just curious

I provide images to magazines in the UK, USA France Italy & Oz each magazine has a different rate and they pay you depending on the size of image used.
I also provide images for commercial purposes, bit more difficult here as you are quoting as a guide go into www.alamy.com they can give you an idea of rates/purposes. I also work with/for an agency as they can get images in front of clients that I cannot reach in the normal course, whilst probably get more money for these it is of course split with the agency
Finally I sell to private individuals who either commission shots or buy from stock from an event I have covered
