Five Point Belt Placement?

All,
Warming up here in Ohio. Probably a false Spring, but thoughts go to the track. And since this has been a great place for "official" feedback, here's the question:

How should the fifth ("crotch" belt be attached and sited for five point belts?

Mine, which were installed at the factory, are bolted through the floor under the seat.
