Be careful - there are two types of gasket. The proper Ford ones have little metal spacers so the cork doesn't get squashed, so the torque setting is right for them.
Pattern gaskets have no spacers - if you tighten them too much you just squash the cork out of the joint and it leaks oil all over the place. You want to nip them up just enough to squeeze the cork but not squash it.
