Can kit cars evade parking tickets?

This is just a theory I thought of last night, and I'm wondering if I've missed something.

Parking tickets, and maybe also speeding tickets can't be endorsed AFAIK unless they are correctly filled out with the make and model of the offending car. Now most kit cars are rare sights on the roads and not well known about unless its a Caterham/Westfield. So if you had a kit car and debadged it so that a parking inspector couldn't tell what it was, could you technically park anywhere you wanted without fear of a ticket?

This theory however doesn't cover Gatso's or getting clamped...

...or the fact that the the manufacturer's name is shown on your tax disc or that the traffic warden can simply radio in for a vehicle identity check against the registration number.

Havent had a parking ticket for years but i am sure all that is required is the registration number?

Forgot about the tax disk, bugger.

The plate thing can be avoided by a bag/cover over your plate as many bikes have so they can't get tickets.

It's an offence to have a car on the road without a number plate. If you're lucky they would simply rip the bag or cover off. If you're unlucky they would have the car impounded so that you'd end up paying storage costs and getting done for failing to display the number plate, as well as the parking ticket.

Of course, it shows your registration on the tax disc as well.

You could remove the tax disc as well as the number plates, but then you'd get done for:
Improper parking
failure to display a number plate
failure to display a tax disc
storage costs

Wouldn't it just be easier to park legally?
