PIPEX email problems...

Hi there, is it just me, or are PIPEX having email problems at the moment.

My Brother in law cannot log in to either IMAP or POP servers at PIPEX.

It's a royal PITA

Is the fault locally, as I recently installed a wireless modem & router instead of the Speedtouch USB modem they had before. Everything else seems to work OK - ie internet & messenger etc, just not email...

All help rec'd gratefully...
