Problems copying and pasting

Hi folks,
Some help required please....
Yesterday I binned outlook express and have started using incredimail, which is all very good however, I can't seem to copy and paste onto emails.
For instance, a url from this site, I have previously had no problems right clicking to copy, then right clicking paste onto the new email, but it isn't working now.
It strikes me as if I haven't done something upon installing it...
Any ideas??
