Dead 390 - Help

Hello - I have a late model 390SE. My car as stood for a few months - of course I came to start it and the battery was dead. I connected an optimate battery charger to the her and this morning (24 hours later) went out expecting to start her up. Could,nt find the bloody car keys, so I checked inside the car and I they they are - I've left them in the ignition, and left the ignition switched on. Now I she is totally dead, including no blinking light from thne Gemini immobilser. Ive checked the fuses which are at the back of the glove box and the all apear to be fine. - pleae HELP.
Blaine, Adam, thank you for your support: I've had the battery on an optimate for the past week and although it registers the battery as 50 Percent discharged, (and surely therefore 50 percent charged), there is absolutely no power being provided to the car. I took it back to the gargare I bought it from early this morning and when I told him that I suspected it was goosed, (I was,nt going to tell him how I'd come to discharge it in the first oplace), he suspected there was something amiss, with my car. He told me that a battery displaying these siymptoms will not be revived without a boost charge. I left it with him and when I retrieved it he told me it was now 100 percent charged; sure enough it works fine now.
