I would like to wish all at Noble Automotive Ltd the best of luck with the imminent launch of the M14.

More to the point, may I suggest three cars at the press launch (wherever it may be) in the following colours:

Monza Red- A little aggressive maybe, but brings out the racing throughbred in the car.
Dark (maybe Navy) blue - To appeal to the Aston Martin types who might be tempted to go for something more exciting than an Aston, or Bentley.
Light Gold - (My favourite) I think the car would look stunning in this form and would show thinking 'outside the box' by the company.

Chris.

Chris, IMHO...

Red - yes
Dark Blue - yes
Gold - nah!

Plus...
Dark silver (because silver works*)
British Racing Green (for the Aton/Benters types)
InterStellar Rustic Aubergine (for Spanish export!)

*if it didn't then why are over 60% of cars on the road SILVER?!

If you think they'll have three press cars then I think you might have missjudged Noble's resources!

There has only ever been one M400 press car at any one time AFAIK - certainly the same reg number has been in different magazine articles for quite some time now?

Personally I'd go for Indigo Blue

I think the burnt Orange/ deep burgandy would work.

The chosen colour has to look good both in the flesh and in print, and there are very few colours that do both.

I think the recent Renault Clio ads show haw they know that colour at launch is so sensitive as they had 2 cars in the print and on the tv add. Very clever!

I would say this is going to be a more significant launch (of a more significant car) than the M400, so would think that Noble will have more than one car available at launch? No matter how good the handling it will be Sod's Law that something breaks or gets stuffed on the first press car...

My vote goes to 1) dark silver, 2) black pearlescent (I know how much Stuart Jones likes black!), and 3) candy-apple red. Mmmmmmm..... candy-apple..... aarrrghhhhh!!!!

calm down Mr Noble, I ran an early 2.5 litre car for 18 mths, stonking car with brilliant support from the factory, shame about the dealers at that stage......

and Steve knows I don't mean it

aah yes, you ba**ard, I might have known that you would have some incriminating pics

perfect eg of what I have said...dealer screwed up 1st service, amongst other things plug gaps incorrect = misfire at track day. quick call to Lee Noble, super bloke, who sends a guy ( on a saturday) to Bruntingthorpe to sort it out

note the carefully applied duct tape creating my own ' ready to decorate' noble look, I was probably going to paint it yellow but ran out of time......

no it was the sort of 'light' paper version

probably the last time I worried about stone chips....bigger things to worry about on bike track days than the odd paint chip

Hi you guys, been a long time. Don't suppose it would be too much of a challenge for Steve to rustle up a pic for me as well , aka Marbles.

...and would you like to name the "specialist" dealer so we can set our satnavs away from them?!
