why are TR's relatively cheap?

I'm a Maserati chap, but looking around at Ferrari's I saw a TR at Meridien with only 3K miles for £49k. I seem to remember when new they were the dogs so why cheap now? - not classic , not very good?

edited to add the blue one at meridien looks very nice
