How much deposit have they got?? How much loss are you going to make if the 3 rd party gets the car?? Not sure that them not signing the order form holds any water, as you signed it you obviously ordered the vehicle from them, if its a popular model some dealers will sell it to somebody who has one on order who is happy not to wait as long, that way you would get your deposit back, might be worth asking the question.....I am assuming you hadnt tried to specualte on the car and the dealer knows it, and that is why they are making life difficult for you??
