Afternoon!

Can anyone help me with a quick Excel query?

I've created a document with several different tables in and Excel has automatically inserted page breaks which split some of the tables in half.

How do I keep a set of cells together so that if the whole table won't fit on the bottom of the page, all the rows get kept together on the next page?

I'm assuming that the splits are occuring when you try and print ?
If so, despite having a fairly advanced knowledge of Excel, I've not found a way round it. I just go to View > Page Break Preview. The blue lines will indicate where the page breaks are. Simply drag them around each table.

unfortunately if your tables change size you'll have to rest the breaks.

Hope this helps

thanks for your reply.

That's what I'm having to do - move the page breaks.

I thought there was some kind of 'keep together' command?
