Any Xerox Office Fax people here?

Have a xerox faxcentre 1012 (about 18 months old) in our office, its a laser fax.

There is a broken item in the bottom after a serious paper jam - its a plastic gear on the side of a metal rail with the rubber sheet feeder.

Anyone know where I can get replacement parts or someone round to fix it without ripping us off?

We are in Oxford area.
