Bet there's a few things "growing" in the interior, being left on the drive with a tarp to cover it for the last year

If he really paid £8300 for the car then I suspect he overpaid, without finishing the work it probably isn't worth that now even after all that he has paid out. Sitting unused for a year can't be any good and thats before you even add in a lack of windscreen - yes I bet the interior is bloody horrid by now.
