944 specialist in NW London (NW2). My lights won't come up!
Discussion
I used to use Tower Porsche down by Tower Bridge, but have now moved to NW2 (Willesden Green).
Does anyone know of any good garages or Porsche specialists in the area?
My 944 lights won't pop up as usual. Car has been flawless in its performance and reliability but this is the first thing that has gone wrong.
Any suggestions? I have had to crank it up using the manual option (Porsche genius to have that incorporated) but that is not a permanent solution.
Anyone come across this?

Yes , had this happen to me too . In my case the motor burnt out and I replaced it (and the relay) with a second hand bit from Porsch a part who were reasonable . I`ve heard that the wiring can break too because it gets hot and ages over time making it brittle.
Still , it won`t leave you stranded like my Lotus Eclat which operated on a perverse vacuum system and had a mind of its own . It used to raise one headlight pod overnight and looked like a quizical Roger Moore.
