Speaking of 944 headlights.....

The passenger side dipped beam on my 944 turbo seems to go out as the light reaches the full extent of it's pop up. It comes on as usual before the light is fully up but then goes out. There appears to be nothing wrong with the bulb. Full beam is fine. Any thoughts?

when this happened to me it was a break in the loom where the wires flex when the pods rotate
likely spot is where the loom goes round the chassis rail on pass side
had to cut back the insulation to find it but as a temporary bodge i wired across from the other light wireing
removed the fuse for the faulty light just in case and doubled the other fuse but if you are running
higher wattage bulbs take care
