What do you all think.

Initially I wanted to keep a more sporty feel to the car but then thought I'm never going to drive it too hard on the road or track as it will end up costing me a fortune in repairs. So looking at these wheels in the 19" variety.

Good, Bad, indifferent?

Yep 19's.. I;ve kinda guessed at the diameter referencing against the old 17's and the different offset as well (sticl out a little further). Would you beleive tyres for them are only £100 and £110 each!

Wanted something different Gary, nearly everyone has Spiders.

Other people have told me to get proper split rims but I just can't afford them. Apparently insurers really don't like split rims either.

Have been looking at the Trafficstar gear on TVR Power but my god that's expensive!

Very nice fella.

Don't suppose this means you are selling your old wheels does it ;cheekymonkesmiley: Think you you had anthracite 17's from memory. Might well be (read am) interested if you are.

Yep, if you want them come and get them. Took them off the car the other week for a chap to collect but not heard from him so assuming he doesn't want them.

Might sell the others too. Anyone know if the 16's fit over the AP calipers alright?

Thats why I bought mine.

Ask your insurers first about the 19s as they cost me my biggest premium hike yet nearly double my NOS kit!

I still think mine drives really smooth on these too only thing that changed was the turning circle but then its crap anyhoo.

Craig.

Why dont you show these good men a pic of your wheels.... that'll get them wet...

( craigs wheels are freakin multi-piece, gold nuts, chromy bits, brushed effects, polished, a deathstar like pattern and mega deep dish - and he ordered them from freakin japan to his spec, talk about overkill on the wheels!!!!! )
