I like 2,3 and 4. Very different! I like the dog pic, although thanks to a nice big hole in my carpet at the top of my stairs dogs are now officially not cool any more.

Is no2 a photo of your other half in the bath? If I could get the camera near mine it would be a miracle. And even if I could in that situation the bathroom would resound to the sound of "You'd better not have my boobs in that picture!"

Number 2 = Invasion? (new tv drama like 24) Like it although it could also be a bit morbid if her face was not smiley!

Dog is very cute, shallow dof would help.
