swirl pot

had a look round my back end at the weekend and found something nasty - no i dont need a doctor. the swirl pot looks like theres only rust holding the rusty bits together, so does someone no the best source , tips on home made , or can it be replaced by a T piece and filter thanks.

I had a new one made from aluminium a few years ago.Tower View stock alloy ones now.

the swirl pot is it for a 2.8 or av8
have a new one in the box for a capri 2.8 are thay the same
if so can help?

its for a v8 fuel system with 2 input pipes and one out, so i dont think what you have is suitable, thanks for reply anyway

You might be getting confused with the fuel filter there, the swirl pot is TVR specific.

on a capri 2.8 capri just infront of the fuel tank there is a item between fuel pump and metering unit [acumilater]
