Well my starter has given up. Can anyone recommend somewhere close the Chesterfield for a replacement / recon. The thing just screeches as if its spinning but not engaging.
If anyone can source a cheap one then i will also be interested in that...I am looking to sell the car very soon so this is a bit of a setback.
But whoever buys it will have a decent starter (and brand new rubber!)

Dont think jools does repairs etc anymore. Otherwise (all being well) that would have been my first point of call.
There are brand new 'tilton' ones on e-bay for £239. Not sure how cheap this is compared to the normal price - any ideas anyone?

check the parts list topic I think it originates from the nissan maxima so your local auto electrics place should be able to help
