I googled/yahooed it last year and there is shed loads of information available on line

You are absolutely about the amount of information available on-line.
What I am looking for is some feedback from people who have actually done it.
There are quite a few companies who do it, but I want to see if I can touch base with somebody, and see if they have any recommendations etc.
You know the general idea, better the voice of experience, than that flashy website.
