I was just looking in the tuscan classifields and noticed lady topaz,s mk2 is up for sale, Di are you leaving us for good or getting another tvr. It would be a shame if you are leaving the tvr mould as i have enjoyed your input very much (enough for me to buy my first ever b
brand new tvr). if you are leaving i wish you all the luck in the future. Gordon.

P.S Someone will get a very looked after car.

Thanks for kind words Gordon.
So to put the record straight, my Tuscan is used every day. I am shortly starting a new job in London so wont need a car. The Tuscan is too precious to just sit unused. With a heavy heart it seemed the most sensible thing to sell though it was still a 50/50 decision.
Sadly two weeks ago my father died and my mother (who is great before any mother jokes fly about) is coming to live with us so we need to extend the house to give her her own space. Therefore financial consideration for the time being outways me hooning around in a car just at weekends.
If it doesnt sell then we will stretch the finances and keep it.
Dont worry you can't get rid of me that easily.
Should my car sell I will be back to express my thanks to all on PH especially you Tuscan peeps who have helped me no end over the last three years.

Love to all and yeah still LOVE MY CAR.

Di

Best of luck with the sale Di - hope the loss of your father is not too painful but it can't be easy for you or your family.

Sorry to hear about the recent events, Di. I hope you don't have to part with the Tuscan, but if you do, here's to the speedy arrival of another one in its place. Best wishes.

Good luck Di. We can all understand your reasons and my condolences on the loss of your father - I know what that feels like from personal experience. I hope that all works out well for you and your Butler. You have had a rather colourful life over the last couple of years,

all the best,

Condolences on the loss of your father. I've just lost mine, the funeral was today. I only lost my mother last June so it has been a difficult time for us. Hope to get to more TVR gatherings this year.
