Is it just my bottom....

Or does anyone else get a "numb bum" from Tamora Seats? They do seem a tad thin - or am I being a namby pamby from my Chim days

Hi coach, nope i don't get a numb bum in the T350! You can get thicker cushions from TVR though.

Get the suspension checked.

I was certainly finding my Tam seats 'butt clenching' as our American friends would say.

I suspect that that was due to having zilch suspension.

Get the car back tomorrow so I'll let you know if 'we' notice the difference.

Mine are very comfy, but being a short arse, the factory made me double thick pads!

The seats are comfy in my Tamora too. Much more than they we're in the Tuscan.

Seat pad out is the only way to go!
better feel for what the wheels are doing.
I am over 6ft though - but try it and see

The earlier cars seem to have much thinner pads (or a different design?... i.e. even before the change to Tuscan type seats). Never had a numb bum on the later seats, and, incidentally, I too like going sans-pad

You can get thinner pads made up too - I have one (6ft 5). Holds you in better, but doesn't mean the backs of your thighs lose blood supply after 100 miles driving like they do without any pad in (I go padless for trackdays though).

So...

As the whole of the interior will be re-trimmed anyway, is is possible to fit the later seats from tuscans/t350's? Are they any better?
