I had a post-cam-belt-failure-head-rebuild done recently on my wifes T-Spark GTV ('97 vintage) and have just noticed that the radio now needs it's code re-entering. Needless to say such a thing wasn't supplied by previous owner so slightly stuck. Anyone know a way around this. If so an e-mail via my profile would be marvellous (rather than a scrote assisting post).

Thanks in advance.

Original supplying dealer may be the way to go; they ought to keep such details... if they're still in business, anyway!

Should take your local dealer's service department about 10 minutes and £10 to get the security code from the Alfa National Security Register or some such (you need to give them the chassis number).

If that doesn't work, then it cost me abotu £25 to get the code reset.

Thanks for that. I'll get Mrs Rusty to get it when she gets in. Very kind offer.
