Seems to be a very nice car, and pretty flexible too looking and what you get and how you get it.

Anybody on here had one for more than a test drive yet?

I like the idea of getting easily adjustable setup from the factory, with a flatter torque curve from the toyota lump... maybe I should save a little longer and get one of these instead of a 111S???!?!

Also today a very nice review in a Dutch car magazine "autovisie" with lovely picture's of a white and a red Exige S...it grows on me that colorcoded stuf...looks ok on the picture's.
Also they are very happy with the car, they say Its the Exige the way it used to be, very torquey and a very good drive on the cirquit too

I think the one in CD was that white - may have been old-English white, but not sure (most of the pictures are from Twilight time so it has a slight orange hue which I found looked very good).

Aparently it's the car that'd now be the chosen one to drive down to the south of France in (in road settings).

Does anybody have an image of the torque curve available? From the sounds of it, it's got much better low-rev response - pulls hard from 3,000 rpm IIRC what Mark Hales said.

That looks really quite scary! I'm not sure I could handle that kind of power in an Elise! ... well, maybe one day

That's a nice bit of software. I'm pretty suprised by how close the VVC and the Exige look, until the 2nd set of timings start that is.

That's insane! Not sure I like the bulge in the torque though - I had enough issues with a FWD turbo going round corners to know that in an MR format that kind of steep curve would need some taming.

Still, all that lovely torque

This is the website of the Dutch Autovisie they have a nice article in their magazine about the Exige S a red one and a white one on picture's but they drove a LHD Red one.
Only the picture's of the white car and the article is not on their site yet? because its a new article I guess, and its only in Dutch so heavy for you all?

Up the boost on the SC, play with the maps a little and that would be one hell of a rocket. Love big fat torque curves...nothing to be afraid of...just learn to feather the throttle more in corners to keep balance
