Jago forum question swizz

Hi Swizz, just wondering, is there a time delay between registering on the new Jago forum and being able to participate? I ask as at present only the newbie part of the board will allow me to start a new thread. I actually thought I'd registered on there yonks ago, but it seems I hadn't, so I've done it today. Ta!

I am a member though... I don't think my membership expires until the summer.

I suppose it begs the question how then does the forum recognise members? Is it down to a moderator checking through paperwork when he gets chance? I was not asked on registering if I was a member or not; not asked for my membership number so how is it done?

Expect I'll find out soon enough.
