HC42 Help - Recording from bullet cam
Discussion
Hi Steve,
I've just had a look at your instructions, take a look at pages 59 and 60 from your Sony Manual. It describes recording from a VCR/TV, this is the same method you will use to record from a bullet cam.
Basically, touch the PMenu button on screen, then Rec cntrl, Rec pause, then touch rec start.
Job done, let us know if it works.
Cheers, Dave

Buy a Skytools LANC controller, from us or any other online place. These are superb things that we use with Sony cameras. Go for version 1.6, as this will automatically switch the camcorder straight into play mode and one short press of the remote button will turn the camera to record, another short press puts it into pause. A long press turns all power off.
It is great for reducing wasted tape, prolonging battery life and less time wasted when editing.
Thanks, Dave
