Help- 996 Window Problem

Has anyone else had a problem with the electric windows on there 996? When I open the drivers door the window drops slightly as it should, but then comes back up so when the door is shut it catches on the pilar. If I pull the handel it drops but as soon as i let go it raises again! Anybody with ideas or help would be appreciated.
