Saw a great one on the A33 just on the outskirts of Basingstoke today, a road saftey van parked in the hatched area betwwen the carridge ways where you entre the roundabout, not the safest place to park. But this is not the point, mr Mondeo in the out side lane see's said van hits the brakes, a lovely 930 Porsche rear ends him and three people in hospital, what a great contribution to road safty. What really made this van's location daft was the sun was right over the van so as cars braked as an automatic reaction to seeing the van any one behind had real trouble seeing the brake lights. I thought that attacking out of the sun was an old Nazi tactic in the second world war.
