Just had a update quote from my insurers AON if I change the Gallardo to a Murcie Roadster. The difference in insurance premiums is just £200 a year! £2,600 for £200K's worth of car not bad eh. That policy also covers my Porsche track car as well valued at 18K. definately recommend AON to anyone trying to insure lambo,Fezza etc.

Just out of interest, how much does it cost per year to service your Gallardo? how many miles does that apply to and how much is a set of tyres?
Cheers!

Andy, were you at Lemans in 04 in Beasujour? Think I remember chatting to about your Porsche and you mentioned you were getting a Lambo, I used to work at Southbound.

Hi Mike/all,

Good to hear from you, yes it was me in Beausejour LM 2004, Swapped both my 993's for the Gallardo... Awesome car!! Now got itchy feet again so I may change for a Murcie Roadster. What have you been up to? Are you going to LM this year? Were in Houx annexe again this year.

Running costs on the Lambo havn't been that bad so far. Had it serviced last year cost circa £800. The service schedule on the gallardo is 7,500 miles, only done 2K since. I will need a set of tyres for the rear soon which are around £250 each.

Andy.
