Does anyone know how effective the speed adjusted rear spoiler is on these. It's seems too flimsy to exert any real worthwhile downforce?
Would it be better to have it permanently retracted to reduce drag?

It's not designed to 'produce' downforce , it's there to spoil lift , it only needs to have enough force to push up into the airflow to accomplish this.
