Afternoon all,

I'm looking at buying a 200SX as a fun second car to hoon around and do the odd track day in. A mate of mine informs me that they're very small inside, so before I start looking into actual cars to buy - and travel to see them - I'm wondering whether I'd be able to sit in one.

As the subject indicated I'm just over 6ft tall. Shouldn't be a problem I think, but does anyone know for sure? Can't be TOO tight on headroom either, as I'd need to be able to wear a helmet as well.

Any input on this from all owners etc. would be much appreciated - the nearest car to me that's for sale is over 30 miles away, and if I definitely can't sit in it I might as well look for something else. Would be a shame though as it seems a lot of fun for the money.

S13 or S14? Theres loads of room in an S14. Im 6ft.

Ive only sat as passenger in an s13 too (with a helmet) and cant say that caused any issues either though.

If you planning on tracking/drifting an S13, you'll want to change the seat.

Which means unless you buy a Bride subframe (circa £120 IIRC) you wont fit in with a helmet on. Or you'll have to bolt the seat directly to the floor.

For everyday though, I'm 6ft, and I fit in fine. My S13 is my only car, and it gets used (and used well ) daily.

Sorry, newbie mistake. It's an S14 I'm interested in. So does that mean I'll be able to fit in complete with lid?
