BMW specialist needed

Hi all, can someone recommend a BMW specialist where I can get some engine work done on my car? The closer to central Cardiff the better.
So far my list inclused Promotive on the outskirts of Newport but could do with a few more to check out. I've heard there is a garage run by two brothers in Fairwater which is okay, anyone know it?

The top of the VANOS unit (the filter on the engine) is playing up. The whole car is shaking quite badly when idling and will only get worse unless I get it fixed. It needs to be done by a specialist because certain BMW only tools are required.
At the moment I can't take it above 3000 rpm so it looks like taking it to VMAX is definately off. Shame as the whole reason I bought the car was to do some track days.

Not sure if this is the name of the one im thinking of, however there is an independant BMW specialist down in Swansea, they are situated on Fabian Way, cant miss them, their on the right hand side (the maid road into swansea off the M4 West bound).

I've also heard of someone in Fairwater, but don't know anything more...
How about Peter at Roath garage DD? He used to work at Wyndham...if he can't handle it then p'raps he knows someone who could....???

It was actually at Roath garage yesterday before Peter found out the job was too complicated for the equipment he has. Unfortunately he didn't know anyone else to recommend.
That one in Swansea is looking like the main contender. Shame it isn't just down the road but I don't mind travelling there if it's getting a few recommendations.

I've used Promotive once in the past and they were fine....friendly bunch too.
