Well, just on cost alone the 997tt should have a head start (about 92k GBP). What are the costs for the 599 and LP640, they must be well over 100k GBP?

Not sure but would imagine they are over or aroung the £150k mark.

Thought the Turbo would be circa £110k???

Either way its cheaper than the other two and classier for me? the others are very ostentacious (forgive if incorrectly spelt)and I just love the grils on the side and much prefer the 993 style circle lights!!

Buyers can expect the 599 GTB to command a price tag of around £165,000 - £10,000 more than the outgoing Maranello??

TT does look like good value all things considered

silly comparison IMHO

TT v 430 v Gallardo SE (or new one with extra power)

Murci v 599 v Vanquish (no Porsche competes in this sector / price bracket)

CGT v SLR v Zonda (though Zonda is a lot more expensive)

TT wins on practicality, price, subtlety, loses on rarity, charisma, specialness, noise

997 TT is £97,840 and is fully loaded (includes Bose, nav, metallic, sunroof etc.) - no reason to spend 6 figures on this car, making it far cheaper than the competition.

Im speccing mine at the moment for July delivery and I cannot see how anyone can spec one reasonably for under 100k.

Will still be interesting to see the results regardless?

Spec I want on my TT comes to 110K but it will be a keeper.
Fezza 360 Stradale I have at the moment is going - rubbish gear change on normal driving.

Surprised you don't like the gear change - found my old one to be fine.

F430 can kangaroo if your being dainty, but other than that gear change is very good.
