Quick Qestion on paying my speeding fine

Hey,

I'm in the proccess of paying my first speeding ticket! It asks me to send my driving licence, "both parts if it is a new style licence." What I have is a paper part and my photo ID. Are these the two parts it talks about? So I need to send my photo ID? Or is there a new style which has two parts as well as the photo ID? I'm just confused becuase I don't see why I need to send my photo ID, and I need it anyway for getting into nightclubs.

I was caught on my way to Aberdeen. A90 at A937 junction in Stonehaven. Was doing 64 in a 50. Thing was, you see, it was on a duel carrageway. I thought I was well under the speed limit, and saw the camera flash, but thought I must have been imagining things, as I thought the speed limit was 70! Fair cop I guess...
