Tip of the day!!!

So there I was at the traffic lights, having filtered behind another bike. Raining, so I put my visor up so I could see, and took off without putting it down again. At around 40mph, the bike in front flicks up a stone the size of a £1 coin, and it hits me about 5mm below my eye. I was fuming at first, but upon reflection.....how lucky was I?

Spring is almost here.......

You have to look on the bright side... I wrecked a £300 quid bonnet and a £200 quid helmet last week when I forgot to clip down the bonnet on my westfield and it flipped up and smashed into my forehead. On the plus side my head is still there and I now have a shiney new bike helmet

Yep, overtaking someone at the time. The bonnet missed the car but gave me a headache I had for 2 days so I figured it was best to bin the lid. Still, you live and learn
