Spider offsets?

Iwas just wondering if the spider offsets for front and rear are different.The reason being that ive noticed that on the rear on my car the nearside rear fills the wheel arch where as the offside is about 1/2inch short of it.

The offset you should be using is all 'fronts'...if that makes sense. The wheels are marked on the inside with the word "front"...

If they are all fronts then they are all the same?If so why do i have one different to the other?

AFAIK, the 18" Spiders on a Tuscan have different offset front and rear. I've read somewhere recently that they're 33 front and 42 rear... just what I've read mind.

For the Cerbera, you need four fronts.

Wrong way round 42 FRONT.....33 REAR.

I know I'm being stupid but (just to prove it )

I've got 18" spiders on my cerb and I've got a spare in the garage as the previous owner put a slight scratch on the f/n/s. The wheel is brand new and I found the word "front" as you describe.

Does this mean it would fit either front or back (I know the tyre sizes are different) with the right tyre?

I don't need the wheel yet (until the wife drives it a bit more often ) but I'm interested to know.

The fronts (42mm) are used all round on the Cerb. Rears from the Tuscan (33mm) are not.
