Humph! I hate it when I loose a post! It was a great one as well! Take 2!

A while back I asked about books for windows SBS in this thread and some books were suggested. Namely, Master Server 2003, Server 2003 SBS Unleased and Server 2003 Starter Kit. Are these still the best options (the company are just thinking about ordering them up).

On top of that, is there any decent books on Exchange? We have it bundled with SBS2003 and I'd like to start adding in some policies but don't have a clue where to start...

Thanks for any advice!

I find that most books for MS products dont go in depth enough for policies etc, I would just get the info you need off technet or the ms newsgroups as you have it up and running.

I tend to find that as well - books tend to have "old" information. However, I'm hoping there will be some which can explain how to set up a new server onto the network etc as well as the policy information.

The Implementing and Managing Exchange 2003 course covers that stuff nicely - there's the MS Press self-study book on Amazon which would have all the info you need. The one-star review seems to be from a bitter punter who didn't revise hard enough to pass his exam!

Tony Redmond's books on Exchange very were good (I read his book as an introduction to Exchange 2000 beta some years ago). He also speaks at the MS Exchange Conferences and it generally regarded as a good guy.
