OK boys everyone on here is always complaining about servicing so here is a happy ending for a change!

Lancaster Maserati in Colchester

Annual service, all consumables, refurb 3 curbed alloys, deal with rust spot in rear wheel arch and MOT all for £1000 INC VAT. They have 2 specialist Maserati boys there that only do Maser work

Not only this but they collected and delivered the car (from my loft in London!) and gave it an amazing valet!

Now tell me boys...how good is that

I should get a discount on my next service as I shall be giving them 2 thumbs up to anyone that wants a recomendation. Honestly cannot give a high enough recomendation.

Great to hear your good news sounds like they did a great job for you...

Lancaster is my local dealer, and although my car's only been in twice (both for minor things, all under warrantly - including getting all four wheels refurbed foc), their service has been excellent - from the collection service, to the valetting the car...

Just one thing... how did they get it in your loft???

Yep,
Lancasters Colchester look after mine also. Ive never had a bad experience with them in almost 5 yrs of dealings. I've got nothing but praise for the service I have recieved with this dealer. They are always ready and willing to help, even over the phone on small things, and they are not even earning on those.
Long may it continue.

Sorry to sound like a broken record but they get the thumbs up from me as well, they have done a great job on a couple of repairs and a service and have even fixed a couple of minor things free of charge, can't fault them.

Well Im over 60 miles away and they have never questioned pick up and collection for me.

well well boys from all the feedback it seems like I am not the only one that seems to think they are great!

On collection/delivery: I am about 60 miles away and they didnt bat an eyelid at collecting and delivering the car

They are so good even the hubby was able to organise everything!

Yes there are good deals to be had out there!

Way out west, where things are a bit cheaper, I managed about 3 weeks ago to get an annual service + 4 wheel refurb for under £700 inc VAT

Thumbs up to Dick Lovett Cardiff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful too, and even gave me a copy of the Maserati Coupe history book f.o.c., which they caught me eyeing up whilst waiting to collect car!

Good to read about the excellent dealerhsip service you have received.
Our experience with Meridien was a total shambles.
Worst Dealership I have ever experienced.
The Service dept is a total joke.
