How do you get to it? Having to really give it some to get the gears into 1st and 5th, nothing wrong with the box or clutch etc..., feels asthough it needs a slight tweek.
sounds like your box is possibly shagged? 1st and 5th are the ones to let go in this fashion.
See above note, it's all been out already, I can feel something blocking the engagement, may be a bit of plastic but seems to be out of line as it is fine under acceleration, only when stationary is the issue, should have said.

try bleeding the clutch fluid. it could have air in it. My symptoms were identical to that.
