Hi Martin, are you the silver Tuscan X10TVR cruising Norwich. I'm in Stalham driving Tuscan X50 TVR - when there's not as much crap on the road as there is at the moment.

Hiya Rob! X10 TVR is me. I'm always out in it as it is my daily driver! The colour is crystal topaz, a mixture of silver, blue, pearl, oyster,etc - i love it! (I,ve only had the car 3 months). Presently it resides at Kerridges whilst they remedy a loud knocking noise coming from the engine somewhere.
In and around Norwich i have only seen 2 tuscans, a spice and a maroon one - are you one of these? although i'm sure i would have noticed your number plate as it is so similar!
I have also been invited to the TVR Norfolk/Suffolk meet at Ipswich on the 3rd Sunday of January - if i have my car back i will be going. Maybe see you there

Only had the car three months and it is going back to Blackpool for an engine rebuild! its only got 8500 miles on it - gutted! but at least it stops me from writing it off in this chuff weather we are having at the moment. Kerridges/Henleys suggest it could be gone for 6 - 8 weeks. Roll on spring!!!

Sorry about the news, from past postings you're not the first. Had the engine been previously rebuilt ?

This will be its first rebuild (and the last?). The cars going back to TVR next week with the possibility of me getting it back any time between three to eight weeks later - should then get me out of the winter spell! They are sending down a pool car, maybe a T350C or most probably a Corsa! At least i won't be spending so much on fuel. How often does the speed 6 need engine rebuilds, as this could become very pricey. Hopefully this one is covered under warranty - fingers crossed!!!

Tom - Great to hear from you, we must meet up. My car is still at Blackpool being rebuilt but i expect it back within the next 2 weeks. Gonna do the usual, stay up there for the weekend, go round the factory and run it in on the way home! Was it you i saw outside the Maids head hotel, maybe 2 months ago? the tuscan looked stunning!!
