Gents, I could do with some help...

I'm getting a thumping noise from the back end of my VX on light take-off or when reversing (under load, it's not evident). I've had it up in the air and found that the centre bearing support appears to be very weak (the rubber isn't split but it's easy to push around inside its housing.

I'm guessing that this could be the cause? Has anyone replaced the centre bearing, also where's the best place to source these bits (the Uni's look OK, but I'll probably replace at the same time if available)?
