This was a great event last year. You can turn up on the day and show your car (as I did).
And it's all for a good cause....all money raised goes to the local school and church (there's no entry fee, although there is a raffle to enter).
Edited to say, Elvetham Heath is near Fleet/Aldershot, Hampshire
