If you still have the lambda sensors fitted then I would stick with the cat map, with the lambdas connected obviously. Otherwise you take a chance on what TVR put in the other maps.
Mines full de-cat and as far as I know the tune resistor hasn't been changed, but I'm still running the lambda sensors. It's been like that for about 3 years and it's run fine.
