I'm gonna try another host in future, can anyone suggest one? And it is just right click on image on host, properties, cut and paste between the two 'pic', last one with / and no spaces right?

Good move. I have a painted floor. When I come in from a run the tyres are obviously a little sticky. When I next move the car it rips the paint off the floor. I now have bald patches where the wheels stop.

What are the floor tiles made from? and where did you get them from?

The are Ecotile - PVC 7mm interlocking 500x500.

They suggest dark colours as the sulphur in new tyres tend to leach into the tyles which is visible in the lighter grey and other light colours. Dead easy to install with a nice ramp section at the door end. Just hope when I drop the clutch for the first time, I don't end up with them concertinaed up on the back wall!!

Thanks HTC, I tried to add a pic at the bottom of my original post - look what happened! Damn I hate this pic posting!

They give about 8 boxes, thumb nail, URL, link etc - WTF do I need to use to get an image on here??

Use the last line of all those different links on imageshack.
Then paste between [pic] and [/pic] without any spaces.
