Didn't they used to say (before the current trend for engines to last 2 GPs) that the best F1 engine would blow up just after crossing the line?

I remember Prost running out of fuel just on the finish line loosing to places and ending up pushing the car across the line.

Its blown up. Trouble is thats a 10 place penalty for next race.
