Focus Sport TDCi - any comments?

Hi All,
Just joined the forum, about to buy a 53 plate Ford Focus Sport TDCi, 38K on the clock. Wondering if any of you have an opinon - good or otherwise - on this motor. I was really impressed with the engine, the spec/trim inside and out were pleasing, the drive was fantastic. Felt the cabin was a little noisy (being a Merc w124 owner at present, I'm not surprised to hear myself say that

Looking for any feedback, esp on faults experienced, mpg returns and running/maintenance costs. Owners of similar models please also let me know your views.
