My battery cover in the footwell falls down when the right hand pedal is pressed hard, I do have a battery switch mounted on it, has anybody got the same issue and how did they fix it ??

Heard of race tape,it's hardly a piece of equipment thats needs to look aestheticaly pleasing.

Its carpet and you can see it at the end of the footwell?

Try playing about with the angle it's put back in. Mines a very tight fit in some positions and loose in others.

Had the same happen to me.

Easist fix is self adhesive velcro strips (the heavy duty type). Should be available in a DIY store.
