Help !

I have an image that was captured by a mobile phone camera that has since been enailed to me. Nothing disgusting or perverse.... just a picture capturing the moment we set a friend on fire with Sambuca on his last night in London....while he was asleep.

What I need to be able to do is blow this image up large enough to be able to put it on a T shirt. But I cannot even detach it from the email and have no idea how to do it....I m dubious as to whether the quality will be up to it but someone out there must know ???

Cheers

Mark

if you are using outlook you should be able to right click and choose "save as" from the menu. Don't know what resolution these phone cameras take photo's at but I wouldn't imagine its that high so you may have problems with the t-shirt job, depends what quality you'd be happy with.

Tried the right click and only got 'copy or paste' .... I do think the resolution will be shite, but really want to try and see ...

If you have "copy" then you can paste the image into another program. I use paintshop pro, but I think even good-ol windows paint will do the job at a push.

Most of those cameras work at a maximum resolution of 640x480 which is OKish but you won't be able to enlarge it very far.

you could try copying it and then pasting it into your favourite gaphics prog' might even work in MS paint.

As I do not have a graphic package that is proving impossible for me as well .... remember the title of the thread ... techno numpty ! That's me.

Anyone fancy having a go for me if I email you the picture, content is purely funny and not offensive in any sense.

Ok, good news is I've opened it, bad news it that it looks like it was taken in a foggy room with the camera lens covered in engine oil.

I can print it if you like and you can pick it up tomorrow as I'm here all day.

Terminator,

Thankyou but don't bother. Gopher has come up trumps with 3 file types which another contact is able to print onto a T shirt for me.

The resolution/pixels thingy is only 160x160 so the quality is crap, but it will be a good reminder for him anyway.

Managed to get a T shirt with a shopping trolley on it yesterday in Brighton to remind the same bloke about his 'Jackass' style trip into the Thames this summer ! I won't mention the 1 am swimming session in Greenland Dock we had the weekend before last !

If that's the standard of these photo-phones, then I'll keep with my Fuji 2600 in one pocket and my Motorola T250 in the other.

I'll call you Friday about lunch...

Thanks johno

After all the abuse I have received for the ownership of the said camera, to then use it to humiliate me is rather rich!!

Also, as for the shopping trolley incident, may I point out that, as usual, your driving of something with already poor handling was cr@p!! I look forward to wearing the t-shirt with pride.
