Buying stuff - pads, leads and plugs

I know the rear pads are the same as Mini Cooper front's, but is there any specific number, year, model or style I should ask for? I'm hoping to pick up some over the counter.

I also need some plug leads and spark plugs, anyone know the best place to buy them? Over the counter would be good, but I realise that these might be internet order only.
