Windows media player problem

My computer has 3 user log ins and media player works fine on two of them but on the third it doesnt?

It comes up saying -

windows media player has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Any ideas??

I'd be inclined to simply delete the faulty login and re-make it
